Area Sales Manager (NRW)

The Company Overview:
A market leading diagnostics organisation are looking for a sales expert to manage and distribute their products across the market across the North Rhine Westphalia region
The senior candidate will be an expert in clinical diagnostics market with an entrepreneurial spirit to grow the successful sales of the portfolio, managing the key customer business in NRW including the responsibility of achieving financial targets and strategic objective in the role.
Responsibilities:
- Strong negotiator with a continuous focus on achieving high sales results.
- The key contact across the customers across in the region.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the customers.
- Manage and improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships and develop to generate success over the territory.
- Provide good advice to the customers and be a representative of the organisation.
Requirements:
- Over 2 years' experience years working in the Diagnostics market.
- Previous sales experience with a good knowledge of the German GP Market.
- Good knowledge and passion for Medical Devices.
- Must be fluent in German and English.
- Result driven, motivated, and entrepreneurial.
