EPM Scientific are engaged to represent a Leading Global Cell Therapy company in their search for an Alliance Manager at the Associate Director level. This role will be integral to the continued expansion of the Cell Therapy program which is changing the face of treatment for hematology oncology.
Role Responsibilities:
- Alliance Management group is responsible for managing and optimizing the value of alliances for pharmaceuticals at all stages of the product life cycle (research, development, and commercial)
- Performs regular alliance health checks, partnership summaries and reporting
- Conducts regular reviews/meetings with senior management and other functions to communicate key issues, milestones, etc. and gather feedback
- Leads and/or participates in contract renegotiations, as appropriate
- Leads or supports infrastructure projects which include project tracking, developing lessons learned and alliance summaries
Basic Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business, Medicine or Law
- 4+ years of experience in Alliance Management, Business Development, or related function
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with and coordinate demands from multiple customers, both internally and with partners while handling ambiguity well
