Strategic KOL Engagement Marketing Associate Director

Role Description:
- Execute and lead development of KOL strategy for designated product portfolio (oncology).
- Work cross functionally with Field Regional Marketing team and Medical Affairs
- Work with key stakeholders in Oncology
- Represent approach to community and academic accounts
- Lead speaker bureaus, advisory boards, congresses
- Conduct US Congress KOL engagement plan
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years Pharmaceutical Industry experience - (Commercial and/or Medical Affairs)
- Experience leading speaker bureaus, advisory boards, congresses
- Direct Therapeutic experience within Oncology - solid tumor preferred
- KOL Management experience
- Strong leadership skills, interpersonal and people management skills
- Team Leadership experience
- Excellent Budget planning and project management experience
- HCP & Patient Marketing experience
