- Deploy, maintain, and manage production systems (Windows and Linux infrastructure) to ensure availability, performance, scalability, and security.
- Familiar with Automation tools - AWS CloudFormation and/or Terraform
- Ensure IT security standards and remediate vulnerabilities detected within IT systems
- Required to provide production support to IT business applications, working alongside application owners.

- 10+ years of Experience working with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, SSO, DNS and related Microsoft technologies
- Strong Linux administration experience - administration, installation, and configuration
- Public Cloud experience - AWS is mandatory, but nice to be familiar with other cloud solutions
- Strong understanding of EC2, S3, Route53, Lambda, data lake and other AWS Services
- Experience with server and application monitoring - with Nagios or any other enterprise monitoring solution like Dynatrace or Newrelic
- Experience in scripting - Windows PowerShell or Linux Shell Script, need to know how to automate manual tasks/processes
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN network infrastructure technologies
- Experience with ITIL process knowledge - ServiceNow experience is a plus
- Experience within Healthcare IT domain is preferred
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills, along with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive
