A leading diagnostic and genetic analysis company are currently expanding their product portfolio with NGS products. They are currently looking for someone to cover all of Switzerland and make a direct impact on the business.
Responsibilities
. Sales responsibility for the Oncology Testing product area
. Development of the distribution of our cytogenetics, liquid biopsy and NGS product lines
. Development of the oncology testing business and the identification of KOL
. Development of customer-specific sales strategies to achieve sales targets
. Creation of needs, benefit assessments and offers for customers
. Close cooperation with our core business sales teams in relation to the
supervising product portfolio
. Establishing and expanding customer relationships
. Implementation of technical and scientific seminars as well as in-depth technological
Discussion with customers
. Participation in congresses and trade fairs
Qualifications
. Natural science degree in the field of life science, molecular biology,
Life Sciences or an equivalent subject
. Professional experience in sales and strategic sales
. Sound knowledge in the field of cytogenetics (ideally also NGS)
. Knowledge of tumor biology / genetics and diagnostics is an advantage
. Enjoyment of sales and the will to complete complex projects successfully
. A high level of advisory and negotiating skills
. Very good communication skills, a structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working
as well as a high level of self-motivation
. Good written and spoken English, French/German is an advantage
