My client is an international conglomerate that has sold products in over 20 countries across Asia, Europe and USA. They are in the medical device industry and is currently looking for a Business Manager to help bring their new product to the market.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for activation and operation of new services using Life Signals bio-sensors and solution.
- Source and develop partnership to support the service offerings.
- Establish a holistic strategy and targets for sales, implementation and service, delivering profitable growth, competitive advantage and customer satisfaction for our customers
- Manage and achieve KPIs based on sales and chasing business leads to create revenue
- Service operations - manage customer escalations, review and improve service offerings and work flows i.e continue to get customers feedback to improve services
- Drive analysis of competition and market activities and effectively utilise market intelligence to gain competitive advantage and grow share.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, IT or Nursing
- At least 8 years of regional experience in business development in medical device
- B2B selling experience
- Creative, able to think out of the box
- Strong communication and presentation skills
