We are currently looking for a Business Manager to join a Global Biotech Company who is expanding in the region. This person will focus on driving sales activities from key accounts and hybrid roles with marketing planning in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Hybrid role on local sales and marketing work
- Coach and manage with other Sales staff
- Responsible for sales and territory management of the sales team
- Set team sales goals, KPI based on the company direction
- Build and implement account plans for targeted hospitals/institutions
- Identify, build and maintain external key stakeholders and expertise in key accounts, medical groups, private and public hospitals
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical or health related field
- Relevant experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
- Good network with HCP and medical groups
- Proven track record on key account management
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
