My client is a fast growing Molecular Diagnostics company which prides itself in innovating and evolving. Their business has grew tremendously over the past few years and they are looking to onboard a Clinical Solutions Executive as part of their expansion plans in the APAC region.
This role will be serving as the subject matter expert on the clinical, operational, and financial impact of company's testing systems. Also, this role will give technical / software product demos of testing system and has good knowledge of the IVD regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site customer engagements and collect information to generate case studies and quantifying the impact of the Company value proposition
- Assists the field sales organization in the identification, qualification, and closing of customer opportunities
- Ensures proper positioning of testing system, software and test product menu within healthcare organizations.
- Communicate effectively with the Scientific Advisory Board, Laboratory Focus Groups and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL's)
Requirements:
- Clinical/Medical background with relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with customer base and build relationships
- Presents technical information in a concise manner and appropriately responds to questions from employees, Executives, executive management, vendors, or customers.
- Good knowledge of LEAN principles, diagnostic workflow, process improvement, and laboratory optimization
- Willingness to travel (up to 80% of the time)
