Job Responsibilities:
- Find opportunities for improvement of the Quality Systems and drive implementation.
- Analyze trend data to identify deficient areas and initiate quality improvement projects.
- Handle critical metrics to ensure completion within the required time schedule per quality systems.
- Collaborate with interdepartmental contacts on complaints, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrections/corrective actions to ensure accurate documentation and closure.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a regulated cGMP environment in pharma, biotech, or med device manufacturing settings.
- Deviation, investigations, and complaint handling experience.
