Country Sales Manager
A well-established medical device company is on the hunt for a passionate and hardworking sales expert to join their team as country sales manager. The country manager will be responsible for the sales of the company's medical device products for Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
- Setting sales targets and ensuring they are met.
- Developing/managing relationships with key decision leaders.
- Preparation of monthly reports.
- To ensure the customer receives quality service.
- Monitor and report sales targets on a quarterly basis.
- Anticipate market needs for future development.
- To participate in administrative duties which include forecasting accurately for revenue management.
Requirements:
- Located in Switzerland .
- Medical professional experience preferred - i.e. nursing background.
- Sales experience in spine.
- Experience in leading a team of 5 sales representatives.
- Willingness to learn
- Fluency in French
