Director, Oncology Marketing
Salary: $200,000 - $225,000

Lead the development of business plans and modify accordingly to address changes in the marketplace.
The Director, Oncology Marketing will be responsible for:
- Brand leadership - serve as "the" brand indication advocate
- Maintain a keen understanding of HCP and patient need fulfillment. Keep up to date with all new information/data for the brand and its competitors and utilize the information to provide a competitive advantage for the brand
- Lead the development of marketing materials and ensure timely approval of materials in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with global colleagues
- Drive the development and execution of an innovative and successful brand plan
The Director, Oncology Marketing should have the following qualifications:
- BS/BA is required, while MBA is preferred
- 10+ years marketing experience in a healthcare field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Oncology Marketing experience
- Oncology Sales, Training or Market Access experience desirable
