Title : Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Program and Communications Lead

Position Summary
As a Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DI&B) Programs and Communication Lead, you will contribute to the continuing development and evolution of the DI&B function globally. You will support the Head of Internal DI&B to build and deliver world class DI&B programs that will boost diversity, foster inclusion and unlock belonging. You will also work closely with members of the DI&B team, Human Experience, Culture, R&D and other stakeholders to support the delivery of high impact projects that enable the successful implementation of our DI&B strategy. We are an agile consulting style team, often huddling to drive a powerful impact across all team needs. In a nutshell, you will support the execution of global initiatives around Employee/Business Resource Groups (ERGs/BRGs), DI&B learning and programming, internal and external DI&B communications and other programs across the employee life-cycle.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Be a member of Clients DI&B team, and as such, support in defining and executing on Clients DI&B strategy and goals
- Support Head of Internal DI&B to drive innovation and intersectionality across our ERGs to deliver engaging and educational programming to global employees
- Serve as coach and consultant to ERG leaders and members to execute on ERG annual strategy and budget
- Build and manage internal DI&B website, creating and editing content in compliance with internal policies
- Support planning and logistics to ensure sucess around DI&B global events and programming
- Research and advise on diversity, inclusion and belonging topics
- Support execution of DI&B communications plan (including managing and creating content for intranet site, updating external DI&B website, ERG/BRG communications)
- Operationalize the DI&B strategy into a concrete working plan
- Coach and upskill managers and employees on the value of diversity and approaches
- Work with the Talent Acquisition & Talent Development teams to create positive action interventions focused on the employee life cycle aimed at retaining and developing under-represented groups
- Facilitate workshops with global audience to cultivate a culture of DI&B
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; preferred Master's Degree
- Proven track record of facilitating enterprise-level initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to create clarity for others. High level of organizational maturity and ability to apply judgement
- Strategy design and program management experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to organize and present information in a clear and concise way
- Knowledge of D&I concepts and KPI measurements
- Current knowledge of best practices in promoting an inclusive workplace, including effective approaches to recruitment and retention
- Passion for diversity, inclusion and belonging and understanding of it's value to and alignment with business strategy
