As a Drug Safety Physician, you will ensure the effective medical safety strategies and manage the safety profile of your assigned product (s), making sure that clinical development and life-cycle management milestones are met protecting patients and in full compliance with the legislation.

Your Tasks
 Represent Global Patient Safety (GPS) at the Clinical Trial Team assigned for the respective product.
 Represent the GPS Product Leader in GPTs, SMTs and Clinical sub-teams.
 Provide medical safety in all relevant clinical development and post-marketing activities and deliverables for the assigned product.
 Support the GPS Product Leader in formulating the safety strategy for the assigned product.
 Ensure medical safety intelligence for the respective TA, including comparative/competitor products (e.g. changes to Reference Safety Information, new safety signals and risks, etc) and treatment guidelines

Who your are
 Medical Doctor with clinical experience in a hospital or community-based healthcare environment.
 Strong medical-scientific knowledge in general and ideally in oncology.
 Industry experience (ideally 2 years plus) in clinical safety and risk management, including both post-marketing pharmacovigilance and clinical development experience (including medical safety evaluation, signal and risk management activities, and benefit-risk evaluation; and regulatory procedures for drug product marketing license applications in the EU and/or the USA, including for biologic products)
 Excellent communication and unafraid to raise serious matters to managers / C team.
 Problem-solving and decision-making ability
 Ability to work in the EU (i.e. EU working rights) - You must reside or willing to relocate to Germany.
