We are partnering with a rapidly growing company that is a Pharmaceutical CMO ramping up aseptic
production activity. The company is building a brand new team with competent people that can work together to take the company through their exciting growth journey
Essential Job Functions:
* Lead facility operation, maintenance team, automation and validation team of site, include
GMP and Non-GMP
* facilities.
* Lead engineering team to give input of project design and prepare startup of new facility.
* Lead the development and C&Q of new facilities at site
* Ensure the management, operation, calibration and maintenance of facilities comply with
appropriate regulatory
* requirements.
* Ensure the operation of facilities is efficient and environmental friendly.
* Ensure Management is well informed on the state of control of facilities.
* Assist in strategic planning for facilities expansion.
* Responsible for working with government in engineering related matters.
* Responsible for working with key supplier of the site, such as electricity, natural gas,
telecommunication etc. to ensure
* robust supply of service and resource for the site.
* Responsible for managing facilities including but not limited to facilities operation,
management, calibration, and PM
* to ensure smooth business activities at the site.
* Responsible EHS compliance of engineering department.
* Other ad hoc project as required.
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer or Chemical Engineering.
Experience:
* At least 10 years engineering experience, >2 years at engineering lead.
* At least 3 years' experience in Pharmaceutical company
* Fluent English and German
* Positive attitude
* Good team working
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, leadership ability and ethical judgment
* Ability to work collaboratively within team and with other departments
* Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
* Has CAN DO attitude to meet new challenge
