Role: Global Quality Training Specialist
Length: 12-month contract w/ extension possibilities
Hours: Standard 8-hour days, 5 days a week, 40-hour work weeks
Location: Novato, CA (San Francisco North Bay / Marin County)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the training system for evaluating and tracking training compliance and analyzing trends
- Manage support ticketing system and provide excellent customer support for client groups and other stakeholders
- Handle training items, curricula, target audiences, assignments, ad update training content
- Update and maintain training documents for compliance within GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
- Manage document corrections when needed
- Facilitate the implementation and design of training programs for localized and cross-functional initiatives
- Support training effectiveness improvement projects
- Oversee the completion of department annual GMP training
- Provide additional GMP training as needed
- Assist in the management of qualifications for trainers' database
- Review and organize training records, both electronic and hard copy
- Aid with inspections and audits, both internal and external
- Organize and administer tasks in Learning Management System
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of industry experience is ideal
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a GMP regulated environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint), Skype/Zoom
- Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) preferred
- Strong understanding of FDA requirements
- Experience/background with training preferred
