My client is a Global Medtech company looking for a Head of Commercial to join their team. This role will be based in Singapore. In this role, you will be leading the development of the Company's sales through strategic partners and direct teams in the regional countries - Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia and Myanmar.
The Head of Commercial will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of up to ten people and external partners
- Evaluate and then implement direct operational strategy
- Negotiate yearly distributorship contracts as well as monthly sales campaign
- Conduct on field prospecting with local sales teams
- Implement and monitor SalesForce CRM
- Lead product launches, marketing campaigns and events
- Monitor market trends and intelligence including competition, macroeconomics, & the regulatory environment
- Report KPIs and cockpit charts to Regional and Global Management on monthly basis
- Regulatory approval assessment and coordination with local, regional and global teams
The ideal Head of Commercial should have:
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience in marketing, preferably in the optical and health care industry
- Experienced with SEA (Channel management will be a huge plus)
- Willingness to travel (Up to 50% of the time)
- Related technical background preferred
