- This well established Medical Device business are growing out a brand new Sales team. As Head of Sales, you'll manage an extensive network of over 60 new Sales Rep's who are joining the business to work on an exciting new technology. The business have developed a new technology which will allow for patients to submit live data to their GP, allowing for their therapy to be managed remotely. Considering the global implications of Covid-19, this technology is set to create a new wave of Medical Device.
The role:
- As Head of Sales, you are directly responsible for a team of over 60 other sales experts. You must co-ordinate the business strategy, and be able to think critically, in order to generate high levels of revenue.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure profitability through analysis of business strategy
- Execute national strategy and drive this through reporting lines
- Driving and accurately call sales forecasts and market share development
- Identify, seek and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Coach and develop sales marketing managers
Requirements:
- Ideally 5+ years experience in senior sales or commercial roles,
- Strong analytical skills,
- High energy and proactive in driving business strategy,
- Fluency in both German and English
- Strong understanding of the Medical Device / Pharmaceutical space
