I am partnered with a global leader in the genomics space who are in the search for an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive leader to join their rapidly growing EMEA commercial team. The company have an innovative portfolio within IVD, NGS & PCR and have a consistent customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the commercial team across the region that consistently achieve targets to build revenue
- Identifying key areas of growth for the company and implementing sales strategies for international accounts
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for growth
- Assume a leadership role during the cooperative development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to attain assigned sales objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in the genomics market in the EMEA region with proven success in winning new business
- Achieved a bachelor's degree in molecular biology, genetics, or related science field
- Deep knowledge of the clinical diagnostics industry is preferred
- Fluent in German and English
