One of chinese leading biopharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures and distributes antibody drug is currently looking for a Lab Leader in Immunology to be based in Suzhou.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new research directions and implement target strategies
- Lead the research team to drive from discovery to preclinical development
- Develop in vitro, in vivo and other relevant research platforms
- Develop and maintain collaboration and relationship with top industrial partners and academic researchers
Requirements:
- PhD with at least 10 years of academic/industry experience in oncology, autoimmune or other field.
- Experience in target validation studies.
- Experience in developing biochemical assays, cell-based function assaps, in vivo efficacy studies and PD models.
- Strong communication skills
