Managed Markets Analytics and Operations Associate Director
Company Summary: This is a vital and strategic role in our growth team and will report to the Director of Managed Markets Operations, Pricing and Analytics, US Managed Markets. Looking for a self-starter that can quickly understand complex situations and generate effective solutions. This position is a key liaison with GIS (IT) to help streamline the Managed Markets data and analytics enablement process. The individual will influence, negotiate, and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
The Managed Markets Analytics and Operations AD will be responsible for:
-Directs the advancement of key projects to cultivate reports and dashboards that will be used for providing strategic insight to senior leadership for decision making
-Offer strategic insights related to key drivers of gross-to-net through proactive research and analysis of various data sources, industry publications and engagement of internal/external stakeholders as it relates to payer and segment mix, business intelligence dashboards, reporting and related analytics
-Optimize analytics and data to the Specialty Pharmacy and Specialty Distributor field teams managing the 3PL and Distributor relationships
-Consistently seek out new data assets, technologies, and tools; follow opportunities to automate recurring deliverables to allow for scaling and efficiency of processes
-Collaborator with a vendor to create and sustain dashboards and guide the design process, translating from business stakeholders to the final dashboard or reporting solution.
The Managed Markets Analytics and Operations AD should have the following qualifications:
-A Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
-8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, 6+ years of insights, analytics and reporting is required
-Demonstrated job experience that includes combined a mix of disciplines such as strategy development, business analysis, process management, operations, and systems analysis
-Exceptional analytics and technical data skills with experience creating and/or supporting complex models
-This is a Boston based position with the candidate to be able to be in the office 2-3 days/week
