Essential Duties:
- Managing a group of direct reports while encouraging a performance driven, effective and constantly evolving environment
- Ability to maintain long term relationships with CMO and distributed product suppliers, would have extensive control of process
- Assumes leadership role to verify all quality inspections meet expectations and grow with the business
- Participate in and encourage a highly collaborative environment by working with engineers and scientists on product development
- Drive new initiatives within supplier quality group to create continuous improvement
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent field
Experience:
- 5+ years in, medical, aerospace, pharmaceutical or related field within supplier quality
- GMP manufacturing experience preferred
- CMO/external vendor management preferred
- Direct management experience preferred
- Experience with ISO 13485 and 21CFR820
