A global leader in diagnostics who are expanding across the Nordics is looking for a Market Development & Solution Manager to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will represent the company with senior stakeholders to accelerate access and integrate end to end solutions for customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop effective strategies to deliver commercial success for the company's portfolio, whilst simultaneously supporting customer and patient outcomes
Build and implement a clear stakeholder plan, taking into consideration the key decision makers that will it impact
Work collaboratively with the Regional Business Managers to gather and analyse data, identifying weak areas to recommend solutions and improve decision making
Identify and develop strategic collaborations to deliver positive outcomes for customers
Requirements:
Achieved a Master's degree in Biology or science related field
Minimum 5 years medical sales experience in Norway
Proven success in implementing solutions and consulting customers in the medical industry
Fluent in Norwegian & English
