Job Title: Marketing Director

Summary:
A fast-growing Pharmaceutical company in the Southeast is looking to add a hands-on Marketing Director to their team. This candidate will be taking the initiative on a high-profile project with a new product that is going to launch. This candidate should have strong experience working with full-product launches within the Pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing and sales plan, inclusive of budget
- Provide comprehensive associate director-level product management, demonstrating marketing acumen and excellent execution.
- Orchestrate commercialization for product launches: branding, all programs and activities surrounding new product introduction into the market, including market-conditioning, market research/analytics to determine market potential, pricing strategy and launch.
- Partner closely with many external and internal groups including Sales, Medical, Tech Ops, Strategic Alliances, and third-party advocacy groups to reach financial and product goals.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of Pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Strong experience in Brand Management/Product Management related roles.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategies and tactics that facilitate the appropriate and rapid uptake of a brand.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution, product launch campaigns and successful advertising and public relations efforts.
- Strong capability of full product launch experience.
