Senior Marketing Manager
A fast growing organisation who specialise in delivering life-changing products spanning the diagnostic and nutritional market are in the search for an accomplished Senior Marketing Manager. With the increased demand and rapid growth, their marketing team is developing on a global scale. This opportunity will have a major impact on creating content, leading a team and developing brand experience for the Diagnostic Market.
Responsibilities
- Creating ground-breaking new brand experience concepts and content to meet the individual needs of consumers and drive customer satisfaction.
- Closely work with other departments such as Brand Marketing, , Media, E-commerce IT, and Area Marketing.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets.
- Advance research to identify customers journeys and use insight to design objectives and programs.
Requirements
- University degree desirable in Business or Marketing.
- 5+ years of experience and successful track record in Brand Experience and Retention Programs.
- Digital Marketing expertise including direct-to consumer outlets and digital customer-relationship activities.
- Be able to travel up to 70%
- Result driven with ability to transform strategy into action plans.
- Fluent English & Business Fluent German
