Senior Manager, Multi-Channel Marketing

Role Description:
- Propose, develop, and expand Multi-Channel strategies for US brands
- Convert brand strategies into MCM plans through customer insights and analytics
- Have an extensive understanding of multiple channel consumer/patient and HCP engagement
- Developing targeted multi-channel measurement plans - setting goals and meeting KPIs
- Review KPI reports
- Work cross-functionally with agency partners, brand teams, brand analytics, IT, MCM, etc.
- Observe and prefect digital and consumer marketing trends
- Supervise and control marketing budgets
Qualifications:
- BA
- 5+ years data-driven marketing experience
- Strategic planning experience
- 2+ years Digital and Multi-Channel marketing experience within life sciences
- Capacity to work cross-functionally
- Excellent project management expertise and budgeting capabilities
- Strong leadership skills, interpersonal and people management experience
Preferred:
- MBA
- 10+ pharmaceutical marketing experience
- 5+ years Multi-Channel/Digital/Brand/Strategic Marketing within Pharma
