We have a current opportunity for a Procurement and Supply Chain Services Coordinator on a 6 month contract basis (Transition into permanent or Contract extension). The position will be based in the Basel area.
Procurement and Supply Chain Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a rolling 12-month sales and operations plan (S&OP)
- Plan availability of raw materials as per S&OP plan (Inbound & Outbound)
- Plan logistics both domestically and internationally in coordination with the appointed logistics partners
- Compliance with relevant external regulations, procedures and standards in all areas of materials management such as quality (Good Manufacturing Practice, cGMP) and safety (process safety, occupational safety, hygiene and environment).
- Management of sales and production orders such as:
- Preparing and releasing process orders in SAP.
- Entry of customer orders in SAP and their support after production
Your profile:
- Extensive experience in supply chain, service management, warehouse and logistics, production planning in the pharmaceutical/chemical industry
- SAP - advanced knowledge of GMP warehousing and HSE and systems
- Like to work hands-on
