Responsibilities -
- Execute post sales actions such as troubleshooting and managing customers challenges.
- Managing product quality feedback, working alongside the cross functional teams to make improvements and innovativley come up with solutions.
- Responsible for Escalation Management
- Investigate product issues and do the analysis to determine cause of problem.
Requirements -
- GC and LC equipment experience
- Educational background in Life sciences
- Technical support experience
- German and English Language
- Good project management and leadership skills.
