Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Summary: A leading medical device company is currently searching for an ambitious person to assist in overlooking their Texas site. At this quickly growing organization, you would be in charge of observing and leading the creation and distribution of medical device products. You will also get the opportunity to prepare and direct protocols to make sure that the creation of these products is happening effectively.
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for:
- Looking over and assessing inputs associated with the quality management system for compliance
- In charge of supervising the Quality Team at the site
- Manage budgets, costs, and resources in the department
- Perform audits to ensure compliance
- Look over production and processes on a regular basis to note where improvements can be made
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably chemistry
- Minimum of 8 years of management experience in the medical device industry
- Understanding of Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) for cleaning, Class I or II Medical devices
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and 22716
