Sales Director
Could you be the next Sales Director based in the Netherlands for a leading Diagnostics company? As the Sales Director, you will be tasked with leading an experienced sales team throughout the launch of a new and exciting product in the molecular diagnostics space. You will work closely with other Directors internationally along with the support of Key Account Managers to build and maintain the traction for the new product while you develop the direct sales team.

The company is an internationally well-established diagnostics manufacturer, specialising in delivering innovative solutions for genomics, proteomics and molecular biology applications.
Responsibilities
- Employing, training and leading new team of experienced sales representatives.
- Implement the go-to-market strategy for the new product line
- Analysing and identifying competitive market trends.
- Cross functional work with international teams and with the R&D and Product Management teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years client facing sales experience
- Proven ability to manage a sales team
- Experience in the diagnostics market is necessary - preferably withing genomics or related fields
- All applicants must be eligible to work in the European Union.
- English speaking is necessary as well as fluent in Dutch
