Sales Director
A large, rapidly growing analytical instrumentation company is looking for a Sales director to lead a team of 5-6 people. They will be responsible for team management, leading strategy, KOL management and development of sales team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the continued development of long term strategic plans for the Laboratory segment
- Alignment of annual budgets and long term strategy
- Analysing and identifying competitive market trends.
- Cross functional work with international teams and with the R&D and Product Management teams
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Extensive sales experience
- Technical background in Biology/Chemistry/Laboratory equipment/analytical instrumentation
- Proven success in team leadership
- Fluent in German and English
- Ability to travel across Europe
