A very well established company with on-going growth and expansion in robotics is starting up in Munich and are looking for a motivated Sales manager to join their team. You will be responsible for establishing and creating new a market in an exciting new field of Robotics within their company. You will be responsible for creating and establishing this market in Germany making a big impact in the operating room and ultimately improving patent's lives.

The company was established early 2000's with a very innovative and exciting perspective in the on growing medical technology field. This company will not only allow you to make an impact in the market share but the industry as a whole. You will be the person who starts the growth in the robotics space for one of the largest medical device companies globally.
Responsibilities:
- Visiting customers surgeons, KOLs and nurses in hospitals for product demonstrations
- Increase awareness of the new product in your territory by speaking to physicians in the cardiology sector
- Developing an action plan for targeting new customers and achieve a grow in revenue
- Reporting activities and progress reports
- Identify new business opportunities
- Supporting surgeons/hospital staff with product demonstrations and clinical support
- Attending relevant cardiology networking events and conferences
- Close collaborating with the sales, support and marketing department
Requirements:
- Experience in Medical devices sales
- A Proven track record in establishing new markets
- 5 years' experience selling into operating rooms (Robotics preferred)
- Motivated and excited to make a change
- Very good communication skills,
- Fluent German and English
