Responsibilities:
- Promotes and sells product portfolio and solutions directly to current and new customers utilising full understanding of monitoring systems as well as cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to medical products as it relates to the business
- Develops and closes sales opportunities identified by inside sales role utilising creativity and influencing skills with new or existing customers on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy
- Builds and expands network of customers across assigned territory to push positioning in the market while developing and executing annual plan to achieve territory objectives
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Educated ICU/Anaesthesia nurse required
- 2/4 years sales experience within Medical device industry
- Full knowledge of the strengths and limitations of assigned products and competitor products
- Develops deeper understanding of own business, medical devices industry and selling environment of own territory
- Full knowledge of account structures and developments in assigned territory
- Full understanding of hemodynamic monitoring as well as cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to medical products as it relates to the business
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strict attention to detail
- Understands customer needs, feedback and objections and explains products to influence customer perception of value
- Utilises creativity and influencing skills with new or existing customers on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy
