With unparalleled breadth, depth and reach in medical devices in the fields of surgery, gynaecology, urology but also orthopaedics, they are constantly developing interventional solutions and constantly changing the way medical care is provided. In order to meet the rising demand and my client is looking for a Sales Representative for Northern Bavaria.
Responsibilities:
- Establishment and maintenance of customer relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, buyers and other decision-makers
- Clinical support and comprehensive sales and product consulting of existing and new customers
- Development of optimal offers of the product portfolio to be responsible on the basis of customer needs and including available services and solution offers (value-added sales)
- Implementation of customer-specific standardisation projects
- Carrying out product training courses such as .B product training, materials science or active application consulting in the OR
- Responsibility for total sales in the defined sales area
- Expansion and acquisition of market shares in the defined product areas
- Implementation of product and marketing strategies as well as introduction of product innovations
Requirements:
- Sales experience ideally in the clinical environment or training in the surgical field or in medical technology
- Study in the field of business administration, health management or natural sciences is an advantage
- Confident handling of IT tools, especially MS Office and CRM systems
- Fluent German and good knowledge of spoken and written English
