Job Title: Scientist (Immunoassay Associate-Principal Scientists)
A cutting edge leader in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of innovative assays and instruments is currently seeking a number of Immunoassay Scientists. They are seeking a number of top candidates ranging from Associate Scientists to Principal Scientist to join this rapidly growing team. The primary duties in this role surround experimental design, execution, and data analysis in support of reagent and assay development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the design, development, and execute experiments to support research, product development, and quantification tasks
- Work with cross functional teams to accomplish project goals
- Create experimental procedures, maintain laboratory notebooks
- Data analysis using appropriate graphing and spreadsheet software, perform statistical analyses, and prepare data for presentation
- Present data findings and analyses to various teams and propose recommendations for project advancement
- General lab maintenance initiatives
- Duties may vary according to departmental requirements
- Development objectives focused on leading-edge biomarker measurements and technology
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences
- 4+ year of hands-on laboratory experience
- Experience running antibody-based assays, developing reagents and product development
- Training with Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) preferred
- Knowledge of immunoassay technology
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills
