A global pharmaceutical organization is looking to add a Senior Compliance Training Associate to their team in Billerica, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aid in developing curricula, qualify trainers, and manage assignments within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Evaluate the training needs of Manufacturing and Quality groups
- Manage the annual training calender
- Deliver trainings in accordance with cGMP, ISO and FDA Standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with LMS, EMDS and Master Control
- 3-4 years of training experience in a cGMP regulated organization
