Title: Senior Director, Pharmacoepidemiology
Location: USA (Remote)
You'll join a boutique, global healthcare consultancy and research organization expanding its Pharmacoepidemiology services, growing a team of researchers, and leading from the front. As a lead strategist and subject matter expert for internal teams and blue-chip biotech & pharma companies alike, you will leverage real-world evidence to help inform decision-making and ensure that patients receive the best care and outcomes possible.
Responsibilities
- Managing and developing relationships with clients (existing and new) as well as vendors, medical societies, patient organizations, and other stakeholders
- Creating project proposals and leading client meetings and presentations
- Overseeing and managing a team of pharmacoepidemiologists and researchers; creating SOPs and training materials
- Acting as a project lead - developing strategy, methodology, and design; ensuring high-quality, valuable client deliverables
- Contributing to the creation and dissemination of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations
Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of professional experience in consultancy or biotech/pharmaceutical companies
- PhD strongly preferred; MPH or MS will be considered with additional professional experience
- Expertise in the development of SAPs, design, and execution of pharmacoepidemiologic/RWE studies
- Experience leading research teams and effectively managing timelines and budgets
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
