Responsibilities:
- Boost global profits and break into untapped markets through innovative and successful marketing strategies and techniques.
- Drive the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
- Collaborate with Sales, global counterparts, and cross-functional team members to support global revenue efforts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders to gather insights and feedback relevant for upcoming launches.
- Assume mentorship role by coaching direct reports.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years working in a commercial leadership position.
- Past experience with P&L management.
- In-depth knowledge with product management in the medical device industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills-this is a people person role!
