Senior Manager - Analytical Development
A growing biotech in the gene therapy space is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to serve as the subject matter expert to join theirteam. A great opportunity with high growth potential!
Day to Day
- Serve as the subject matter expert of cell and gene therapy
- Oversee experimentation using chromatography systems, small scale expansion systems, analytical methods for in process control/release, and more
- Advance company manufacturing capabilities of their existing portfolio of cell therapy and plasmid products
- Lead the development of a risk mitigation strategy
- Develop procedures and protocols in line with cGMP and QBd
- Manage documentation
- Consult with clients
Qualifications
- B.S. in Life Sciences or Chemical/Biochemical Engineering + 7 years of relevant experience
- 5 Years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Experience working with pDNA and recombinant products
- Strong communication and organizational skills
