Senior Manager Commercial Excellence
An international leader in Life Sciences is looking for an addition to their Commercial Excellence Team. This position will be based in Wiesbaden, Germany.
We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills to help us change how health care is delivered.
Your tasks include:
- Work within the EMEA region to develop and deploy strategies, processes and systems to support commercial success (eg, sales force targeting, sales force incentive compensation, pricing framework)
- Lead the annual EMEA strategic planning process; generate new ideas on how to create growth and value
- Lead the monitoring of the external environment, identifying strategic opportunities and competitive threats in EMEA and proactively plan for potential impact
Your profile:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a life sciences/ pharma / medical device environment
- Strategic planning and analytic skills, ideally strategy consulting experience
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to identify / define business questions and issues and formulate actionable recommendations to senior management
- Fluent in English, any other European language would be an advantage
