Job Title: Senior Negotiations Lead
Location: Milford, MA
Summary:
This role will work closely with Americas Sales Leadership, Management, Contract Management, Finance, and the Global Strategic Accounts groups in leading negotiations and adherence of multi-site customer contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and maintain compliance on pricing and discount policies, in order to establish consistency in commercial terms and discounting across contracts
- Lead customer negotiations, focusing on risk assessment given the specific scope of the deal and engaging approvers and subject-matter experts
- Manage approval process during contract negotiations and contract review within a diverse set of internal/external stakeholders
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in commercial contract negotiation
- Bachelor's degree or similar in finance, accounting, business administration
- Commercial or procurement contract negotiation
- Capital equipment and services experience
- Finance/accounting training or similar
