Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer
Summary: Develops and manufactures science-based nutrition products for those of all ages. The senior quality engineer position oversees the development and maintenance of engineering methods and support within product development, manufacturing, and system support.
The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for:
- Implement process control systems to develop the manufacturing of products to meet or exceed internal and external requirements
- Use efficient methods to identify, prioritize, communicate, and resolve quality issues
- Lead and implement product and process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing),
- Lead risk analysis and carry out experiments for process optimization and improvement
- Document experiment plans and results through protocol writing and reports
The Senior Quality Engineer should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Engineering as well as demonstrated use of Quality methodologies
- Project management, communication, and leadership skills
- Advanced computer skills in data analysis and report write-ups
