My client is a leading biotechnological company within the Life Science market who is looking for an enthusiastic sales expert to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationship within the diagnostic and life science market in your region.
- Act as a direct face to the customers in this key region and successfully deliver on the Life Science initiative goals and financial objectives
- Progressing opportunities through the sales funnel which requires understanding key decision makers influence on the process
- Developing new business by generating new sales with the aim of long-term relationships with new clients.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust as well as serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Requirements
- Previous sales experience within the Life Science tools industry selling capital equipment
- Proven track record of success as a Life Science Sales Representative or Account Manager, especially success stories in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, preferably a masters or PhD with focus on biology. molecular biology, biochemistry or immunology.
- Willing to travel up to 50-75% both domestically and across BENELUX
