Description
This individual will be a key contributor in managing/supporting clinical stage assets to commercialize this organizations product. Leading workstreams to support pipeline development and early commercialization activities. They will be apart of the Commercial Strategy and Business development team.
Responsibilities
- Guide drug development and commercialization strategies
- Manage disease education activities
- Create a communication plan, storytelling
- Pipeline planning
- Work cross-functionally with R&D to lead development programs with support of Senior Leadership Executives in New Product Planning
Qualifications
- BA degree, MBA preferred
- 5+ years pharmaceutical marketing experience - REQUIRED
- Strategic commercial background in NPP, Commercial development, Pipeline Planning preferred
- Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills
- Rare Disease experience is a plus
- Ability to manage complex projects, work in a fast-paced environment, be a "self-starter"
