Team leader (m / f / d) in the field of mRNA
A leading global service provider for the development and production of biopharmaceuticals, is currently seeking to hire Team Leaders to join their dynamic team.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Responsibility for the sustainable leadership and development of the employees in the team
- Independent assurance of the timely and successful implementation of internal and external projects in compliance with the budget and the respective applicable GMP conditions
- Close cooperation with the respective group leader in all production and work-related specifications
- Implementation of and compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations as well as quality specifications
- Initiation, management and engagement in change processes
- Participation in organizational development through optimization of processes and procedures, quality management, increased efficiency
- Assessment of available analysis data and their interpretation, deriving the necessary measures and ensuring them
- Independent coordination and synchronization of production teams
- Interface management
- Support for those responsible for customer audits or visits, inspections by authorities or process-specific issues
- Participation in customer care as a representative of the production area (e.g. participation in customer meetings, production tours )
Your Profile
- Completed studies as an engineer or natural scientist (Bachelor, Master) in the field of biology, biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, completed further training as a master craftsman / technician in the natural sciences or similar qualification
- Professional experience in the biotechnological industry
- In-depth knowledge of mRNA
- Well-founded experience in the management, motivation and development of employees
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent , ability to work in a team, economic and analytical thinking and acting as well as assertiveness
- Proficient in German and English
- High level of initiative
