Qualifications: Must be an experienced user of ERP accounting packages. Must have excellent knowledge of the accruals process. Prior experience preparing AP reports from Great Plains, specifically experience running smart list reports Biotech Experience Job Description/Skills: Responsible for maintaining the contracts folder and managing AP and Contracts email addresses. Enters invoices in line with a chart of accounts mapping. Obtains approval for invoices and expense claims in line with DOA. Completes voucher packets, including contract and approval according to the approval matrix. Maintains invoices and expense folders. Processes and checks monthly employee expense claims. Generates AP disbursement listing and sends it to Dublin for approval. Reconciles AMEX and VISA credit card statements (collects receipts, codes transactions, searches for approvals). Runs missing invoices report and requests missing invoices. If not received in a timely manner, prepare an estimate accrual. Maintains the AP Aged Creditors Listing and performs monthly sense check reviews. Run Aged Creditors report. Produces monthly supplier recs for our top 5 vendors. Clinical Outcomes Specialist
Our client, a leading global CRO, is looking for a Clinical Outcomes Specialist to join at an initial 6 month contract with opportunity for extension or conversion. This position is fully remote. PRINCIPAL ROLES / RESPONSIBILITES: Collaborate with Clinical Outcomes Assessment team to evaluate, develop, and validate PRO instruments for inclusion in clinical programs that meet regulatory agency standards for label claims Plan and implement cross-sectional surveys in patients, caregivers, and/or health care providers to collect real-world data to meet regulatory requirements and/or support specific client needs Support in the design of patient preference research, including discreet choice experiments REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years health outcomes research experience Background in conducting qualitative and quantitative studies for patient reported outcomes (PRO) research Experience managing cross-functional teams Bachelor's required, Master's prefered Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k 6 month contract W-2 only
