Up and up:
1 in 5 respondents (42%) feel positive or very positive about the current job market.
Locked in:
59% are confident they will keep their jobs over the next six months.
Staying put:
Half of respondents (49%) are likely to stay with their current employer.
Feeling good:
Half of respondents (52%) are satisfied with their current job.
Money holds less currency:
The majority would move jobs to advance their career (66%) or take on a new challenge (57%) rather than pursue a higher salary (49%).
