This newly created role in the US Commercial Operations team is tasked with the execution of launching a new biosimilar product for a rapidly growing biotech. This person will report in the Master Data Management. This candidate would be responsible for the data ingestion and management of customer HCP/HCO data as well as 3rd party data.
Essential Job Functions:
* Rollout new account management data and visualization modules across Biosimilars. Partnering with Field teams
* Act as the main point of communication between the data team and senior leadership, end-users, also Training, Operations, and IT
- Document/catalog critical data-driven processes, map them to business functions and pull-through initiatives for measurement and governance conversations
* Own business requirements and work with cross-functional partners to deliver solutions that enhance account management capabilities and adoption - Collaborate and lead projects that focus on supporting the intersection between HCP/HCO data, CRM adoption and training
Ideal Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant experience within a life sciences company or biopharma focused consulting firm
- Experience supporting internal customers as a service partner to Sales, Medical, Market Access and broader Commercial Operations
- Demonstrating independence - able to manage workload with limited guidance and support in prioritization.
- ability to scope and develop hypotheses that lead to the completion of data investigations and projects (with limited oversight).
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- MBA Preferred
