Responsibilities:
- Order processing, complete sales cycle with the help of a CRM system
- Telephone customer support and consulting
- Support of the sales representatives
- Processing of customer complaints, goods returns, credit notes
- Follow-up of delivery backlogs
- Taking over organisational activities
Requirements:
- Commercial training, bachelor's degree or comparable qualification; career changers from the medical field are also welcome
- Distinct customer and service orientation, as well as sales-oriented behaviour
- Professional experience in customer service and / or sales of medical products desirable
- Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English
- Good MS-Office skills
