We are currently seeking a skilled Portfolio Strategy Analytics professional to join our client, a leading biotech company based in Santa Monica, California. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the organization's commercial strategy and decision-making through the analysis of data and trends within the pharmaceutical and biotech landscape.
Responsibilities
- Conducting analysis of R&D trends, decision analysis (PTRS), and generating decision-relevant investment metrics within the pharmaceutical and biotech landscape.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the Cell Therapy landscape, including the competitive landscape, clinical development trends, and market opportunities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of portfolio strategy with commercial strategy.
- Supporting the development of long-range plans and annual operating plans for the company's portfolio of products.
- Communicating insights and recommendations to senior management to drive decision-making.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience in decision analysis (PTRS).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech landscape, with a deep understanding of R&D trends.
- Experience in the cell therapy landscape is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- PhD with 8 years of experience in Market Research/ Strategy/ Portfolio Analytics
- Master 10 years of experience in Market Research/ Strategy/ Portfolio Analytics
- Bachelors 12 years of experience in Market Research/ Strategy/ Portfolio Analytics
Additional Information
- The salary for this role is $190,000-$240,000 + Bonus, LTI, Benefits and Relocation Assistance if Needed
- This role is 3 days a week on site with a requirement to be located in commutable distance to the Santa Monica Office
