Title: Director/Senior Director, Clinical Operations
Introductory Paragraph:
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our client's mid-size immunology biotechnology company in central New Jersey. As the Director or Senior Director of Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing clinical trials from Phase I through IV.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Advanced Degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years' experience within pharmaceuticals/biotechnology industry
- Proven track record in Immunology or Rare Diseases therapeutic areas
Skills:
Leadership: The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills that they can use to lead their team effectively while ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout all phases of clinical operations.
Project Management: You should possess excellent project management expertise which is essential when overseeing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
Communication Skills - Both verbal and written communication abilities need to be top-notch since effective collaboration between cross-functional teams including R&D, regulatory affairs & medical affairs would determine success on this role
Problem-Solving Ability : This position requires someone who has outstanding problem-solving capabilities necessary during times where challenges arise unexpectedly.

Salary:
